Notification Settings

The notification are include send email function via SMTP protocol and send mobile push message via Google Firebase.

Settings → Notification → General.

The notification will be sent when the status of the claim request changes.

  • Claim Submit: The user submits the new listing data to become the owner. 
  • Claim Request: The user requests to claim the existing listing from the app/website and is waiting for the administrator’s approval.
  • Claim Approved: The administrator has approved the request for the next step, which is to process the user’s payment.
  • Claim Completed: The user has processed the payment.
  • Claim Cancelled: The user has canceled their request, or the admin declined the request from the user.
