The Claim Listing form allows business owners or authorized users to claim ownership of a listing. This is useful when listings are created by an admin or imported, and owners want control over their own content.
How to Display the Claim Form on Listings
The form is added as a widget in the sidebar area of the listing page.
- Go to Appearance → Widgets
- Find the [Listar] Listing Right Sidebar widget area
- Add the widget: [Listar] Claim Form
- Optionally change the widget title (e.g., “Claim This Listing”)
- Click Save
Tips & Notes
- Admins will receive an email notification with the form data
- This feature is only visible on listings that have not yet been claimed
- The claim status should be enabled by the administrator or the owner
